The Volunteer Lawyer Program serves residents of Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley Counties whose income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

VLPNEI will be updating our case management system and will not be accepting new applications or scheduling new appointments from Wednesday, July 29, 2026 through Friday, July 31, 2026. We will resume accepting applications on Monday, August 3, 2026.
